REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- In addition to increasing the capacity of entrepreneurs, through the Inner Circle Meeting (ICM), 6-10 March 2023, RichWorks is also bringing entrepreneurs closer to partners who are also from the business community.
Chief Executive Officer of RichWorks Indonesia, Aryani Firdaus, said RichWorks invites business people to welcome the post-pandemic era which was marked by the repeal of the PPKM policy.
According to him, even though there is a threat of a global recession, the trend of Indonesia's economic recovery is predicted to still tend to be stable. "Because there is an increase in investment, private consumption, and good export performance," he said in a statement, Thursday (9/3/2023).
Aryani added, even though the outlook for the Indonesian economy in 2023 tends to be stable, business people must still be vigilant in anticipating several challenges. "Due to factors such as inflation, higher interest rates, and disrupted global supply chains," he said.
He added, to be able to survive and develop, business people, especially MSMEs, must be able to innovate and adapt to trends in consumer needs. "Not only that, collaboration and partnership are also supporting factors that need to be carried out by business people," he said.
According to Aryani, to face these challenges RichWorks International is collaborating with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy to hold an Inner Circle Meeting (ICM) March 6-10 2023.
"In this activity, participants not only gain knowledge but also partnerships with fellow business people. With this partnership, business people can discuss appropriate strategies to face future economic challenges," he said.
"Moreover, in this digital era, collaboration and business partnerships are indeed very relevant because they can affect the performance of business actors. So that entrepreneurs can be more optimistic in facing the threat of recession which still continues to haunt the global economy," he said again.
RichWorks Indonesia has a business coaching and mentoring program for business people, especially small business owners.
"Through this collaboration and partnership, business people will be equipped with the skills and resources needed to create sustainable businesses that can create new jobs and contribute to the country's economic development," said Aryani again.
